The hotel is located in a quiet area on an island in the Bielersee, surrounded by nature. The only restaurant on the island offers a great lunch with delicious dishes and reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that everything is okay and catering to your needs. The rooms with yard view are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.
No improvements needed, everything was okay.

Amazing scenery and peaceful environment. Loved the views of the lake and the mountains from the hotel. the combination of the modern and the old elements in the rooms created an interesting ambiance. the food was great, enjoyed savoring every bite.
Getting to the hotel was quite a hassle. I had to park in a village near the hotel and hike for a mile or two to get there.

We had a wonderful stay in this secluded hotel surrounded by nature. The best aspects were the beautiful location perfect for hiking, the delicious food made with local and natural ingredients, and the friendly and competent staff. We especially appreciated the lack of cars, which added to the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It was a very nice place to relax.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great room with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. The restaurant served good food at a fair price, and their wine list had a decent selection. The location was ideal for nature walks and relaxing in a peaceful environment.
The bathroom was quite old and could use a bit of refurbishment. The staff wasn't very attentive, and we had to wait a long time to be served.
